I also have to replace a reaer windsheild wiper blad arm, but I'll assume that is too random for this posting.

depends on what type of belt and how many you need. $10-15 for most, more for a serpentine belt (one long belt that runs everything). and about same price for the wiper blade...the wiper arm could be somewhat expensive (approx. $40-$150), depending on your vehicle.

probably $20. to $25. for the belt if its a serpentine belt and I assume it is, plus labor costs of about the same amount. The rear wiper blade can have a refill put in as long as the arm is still there and in good shape and if you can get by with the refill you are talking around $4.00 or $5.00 for the refill.

That varies widely by the kind of vehicle that you have. Some are very easy. Some are very hard. It costs more to replace a hard one.

You can replace that wiper blade yourself. Follow the instructions on the package.
