Yes, NASA has announced plans to have a permanent moon base in operation by 2024. As for the Aliens, look for an important announcement on that next April 1.

Yes that's great, I think this is going to be a great bennifit for all Nations around the world, Believe it or not, This would be the Best place to put a trailer park and a Walmart store and Golf course 16 holes..

Yeah, I heard about the base. Funny how they did it so quickly back in the 60's and was supposed to be successful, yet now its going to take years? It does make you wonder if we ever got there. OMG, now the floodgates will be open!
