I am so sorry this is happening to you and your parents are behaving badly -- you should not be exposed to any of this. Do you have someone you can talk to, a minister, rabbi, school conselor, someone you can trust? That would help. I would also recommend that you tell your parents that you love them both but don't want to hear either side of the story anymore. You are their child, not their confidant.

Good luck. I'll be thinking about you.

Well there are a few things you can do:
One is to tell both your parents that you love them, and that you love them both even if they are not together anymore, therefore that it's not fair for you to have to hear bad things about the other one.
You need to be able to love both of them, and they need to talk with other people about what's wrong and how they feel.
If you don't find the guts to tell them directly, write it down, it will give you time to find the right words, and you won't have to face the immediate reaction.

An other thing you can do is to ask to go live with an other member of your family like your grandparents for example, at least for a little while if you feel it's really to hard to stand.

But take the time to talk with your parents, and if you need get outside help and other adults you trust to talk with you and your mom and dad.

Good luck.
