I need to have help. There is a diagram of 3 people holding a ball. The numbers inside the balls are the mass of them. Contestant A's ball has the numbers 5.0 kg in it. Contestant B has the numbers 2.5 kg in it. And Contestant C has the numbers 0.5 kg in it.

Assuming a force of 50 newtons is applied to each object by each contestant, what is the acceleration of contestant A's ball?

HELP!

F=ma... meaning that Force= mass *acceleration. Plug in what you have (mass and force), and solve for acceleration. Good luck!

Hints:

*The diagram and all information about contestants B &C are irrlevant to this question

* Figure our how to use the information in this formula: Force = mass x acceleration.
