Most babies do lose some or most of their hair. The biracial factor does not mean that his hair will stay kinky but their is a possibility that it will. Other reasons that he could be losing his hair is if he has cradle cap. One of my twins was born with a full head of hair and by the time he was about 5 months was completely bald at the top because I couldnt keep the cradle cap cleared up because he had so much hair. Dont worry though, it will all grow back in.

Don't freak out. This is something that happens to most babies. Their hair falls because they are laying down for a long time(usually). My sis-in-law had the same problem, and what she did is that she had my nephew go BALD. yes, bald, but it was the best thing she did b/c now he has amazing hair. My daughter also started to lose her hair, and it was just horrible, but since she's a girl, all i did was cut the ugly strands of hair that were making her look bad. Of course now the hair has grown, and she looks amazing. Just remember that this is another stage of parenting, and it will go by faster than you think. I don't think that being biracial has anything to do with it.

I am not sure if it will be kinky or straight, normally with biracial children I beleive that their hair is generally a little on the kinky side. Your baby will not be bald, it is a natural process for a babies hair to fall out shortly after birth. The new hair will be closer to your babies natural color although it can change a few shades with time and sun exposure. Do not worry your babies hair will be beautiful!!!

All of a baby's forst hair will fall out and the new hair grows back. My son was born white blonde and a full head of hair over an inch long all over...it fell out and just as quickly grew back the same colour. Its perfectly normal

It's common for the hair the baby is born with to fall out, and be replaced with new hair. It may be a different texture or even color. My daughter was born with tons of black straight hair, but now has brown wavy hair!

Babies at this age do loose their infant hair and get their older baby hair. He could end up with kinky/curly hair, it probably won't be as tight as his dad's but kinky none the less. It's normal, and unfortunately there isn't anything you can do. If it bothers you, there are plenty of cute hats you can put on him to cover his head through this stage.

It's totally normal for a baby's hair to fall out. His hair might look kinky now but it might look a lot different once it's a little longer.

My daughter did the same thing. She was born with lots of black hair. Then by about 3 months its was all gone. She is now 7 and has blond hair. Its kinda strange but normal.

It's normal for babies to lose their hair. Don't worry about it. It may come back in a different color or a different texture. My kids were totally bald until they were a year and a half old, then they got lots of thick luxurious hair.

All babies lose their initial hair. Sometimes the new hair grows in at the same time so you dont notice it. Dont worry your child is fine. I dont believe being biracial is a concern unless one side is an afro and one side straight blond hair.
