the pressure of the baby and your uterus causes all sorts of pains and twinges, most are a normal, unavoidable part of pregnancy, but if your worried speak to your doctor, or call the hospital, the maternity unit should be happy to answer any questions or concerns you have

It's probably the baby in an odd position. He/she must've gotten comfortable there. Your pubic area is going to feel a lot of pressure and pain as the baby gets bigger these last couple of weeks. At your next checkup ask your OB but they most likely are going to say the same thing. If it stops being dull and gets sharp, call your OB even after hours. That's not normal, but dull pain is.

She could be moving to the head down position. Some don't turn until oh say week 34-36. If you do have to have a c-section ask them to do the bikini cut. That way its going across and hides under the bikini line than up and down. Other than that, I can't think of anything to help the baby turn, but lay on your left side, sometimes that helps a little bit. Good luck on the new little one!

Your uterus has finnaly grown so big that it is starting to press on everything. If you can alwasy feel it then that is what it probably is. try some dromidrary droops(where you get on hands and knees and let your tummy hang) and see if the pain is still there. You may also have the baby and it';s home laying on your siatic nerve, not fun. I would talk to doc about it next time you see them, but i wouldnt worry about it unless your pain gets a whole lot worse.

It's probally just because the baby's getting bigger and starting to kick and move around more. I'm sure you will be fine. Some free advice about labor though!!!! 1. When you are in labor, you will know it, there will be no question in your mind. 2. When you feel yourself and youre SURE that you are beganing labor, drink a cup of Red Clover Tea. GUaranteed to make your labor less painful.

The baby is getting bigger at this point and puts alot of pressure on everything. So that is where the pressure/aches come from. Congrats! You've reached that horrible uncomfortable stage of pregnancy.

It is just pressure being applied by the baby. My daughter is due January 19th and her constant complaint these days is "my crotch bone hurts". It isn't her first child and they just keep getting bigger. So hers has been hurting for a couple of months now.

I had the exact same problem. Dont worry though its just the baby resting on you and putting pressure, keep in mind the baby is getting bigger and its getting tighter in there for him/her. Just hang in there and it is normal for you to feel that way.

the baby has probably "dropped" and is putting pressure on your pelvic bone. This is normal. If it should start to hurt REAL bad, go to your OBGYN or the ER. Especially if you start to contract as well.
