Will a Buzzard or a Turkey Vulture eat a dead dog?

If they'll eat a dead skunk or rat, they would surely eat a dead dog.

There would be no reason why not. Being scarvengers they aren't the most picky of creatures. To them if it not moving it is an easy meal.
