Any good ideas for a NFL playoff pool??

I mean structure wise. How to set up an elimination pool. Cause i can't just go by the spread like i have during the regular season cause im now down to so few teams. I need another way to eliminate people and have a winner each week.

and n the AFC put the colts, chargers, patriots, and the ravens
