He's not leaving until one of two things happens: 1) Chelsea agree to pay the 9 digit transfer fee for him (is it worth it?) or 2) somehow, his stock drops and his value goes down. Otherwise, I don't think he will be leaving Atletico Madrid anytime soon, so it's in both his and the team's interest to make his time there worthwhile. His pricetag will scare off almost all clubs, and Atletico Madrid need to have him playing in their lineup week in week out.

Hard to say. He's an icon for Atletico, but he also has a relationship of love and hate with the fans. Besides he's often criticized by media and supporters. Still, he wants to remain at Atlético and so does the management of the club, so who knows?

But for the kind of player that he is, he would fit perfectly I think in both the Premiership and Serie A.

No, I think he will stay put till next year, but I think that he will come to the Prem. or Italy. His talent is to good to be with Atletico for to Long.
