he has just accepted a job in iraq that he did not discuss with her. they have a 15month old daughter. They were seperated and no concrete child support has been established. He HAS recently left for training in texas. He is not giveng her any useful info. help!! any resources out there? what should she do?

She can go to the Child support enforcement office,, Or the the Jag officers meaning lawyers on the Army base. Good Luck!!!!

She needs to get a lawyer ASAP to file for a hearing on temporary orders pending divorce. She may have to file for divorce first before a temporary orders hearing can be held. Either way, she will need a lawyer.

There's plenty of help out there for her. Go to Human Services Dept. and get signed up. Or, get a job. She should've had her sh*t together before he left if they were separated???
