Their computers are really good and extremely fast. However, they are EXTREMELY expensive. Plus, when you get done configuring your system, you find out that it costs upwards of $100 to ship! If you can afford one, great. Alienware computers are like the lamborginis of computers. However, dells are good as well, and aren't as expensive.

Alienware PCs rock! They are the best gaming PCs available - and you can really build them up - I mean to like $8000 PCs! However, they are expensive.
You might be better off going to Dell (they own AW now) and getting an XPS as opposed to an Alienware system - though Alienware systems absolutely rock!

alienware computers have the reputation that the warranty is no good and you can't contact the manufacturer. They are impossible to repair

yea like they said rly expensive.....
i agree XPS is alot cheaper for still a good quality system....
and u can always build ur own system for less than either :)

if you have the money, why not.
they provide fast and efficient computers, but expensive. a price to pay for the performance.
