which knife do you use to cut your turkey?

I use my hands as well as battery operated assistance, depends on my mood. When i just want to get the job done, I reach for the power tool. When I really want to take my time and enjoy, I use my hands. I've been known to use both at the same time, on occasion.

Hand operated...although I plan on getting a battery operated eventually.
