If it is cold during the winter where you live, layer them in a bucket between layers of damp potting soil and place them in the garage or in a shed and wait till spring to plant them. Otherwise place them in a plastic bag that is not sealed and keep them in the fridge.

As long as the ground is not frozen you can still plant your spring bulbs.

If your ground hasn't frozen yet, you can still plant them. I know I've been out this late planting tulips and daffs and they came up the next spring.

Store them in the refriderator. However, most bulbs and seeds have different viability lifespans. So be sure to use them before they go bad.
