Its good for a president to be in in the middle imagine a a line on a peice of paper the right side would be Rush Libaugh (Great man) the Left being Rosie O Donandle who blames the fork for being a fat cow who inderectly killed 30 people back in September with her comit about muslims and christians. It good for a president to be some were in the middle of this line that way both sides are happy and work can be done and be like a mediator the president has very little power and its a job that is very stress full but every move he makes he is acounable to the party and the Congress i hope this helps draw a beter picter on politics.

Asking Bush if he's a liberal is like asking a Catholic Priest if he's a womanizer ... Bush-&-Co. are to liberals what apples are to oranges.

Think about it: Conservatives are all-about 'keeping the system the way it is.' While it would most likely get stronger that way, Liberals are all-about strengthening the people (instead of the system). That's why they're always trying to change the system, trying to make it more pliable to the people's needs.

Bush doesn't 'say he isn't a liberal' because he's a bigot, a loser, or whatever anyone else says he is; he says it because the system (unchanged) works for him, and being liberal would urge him to change the system.
