i heard a story today about a transexual who was allowed in a men's toilet despite being in "woman form" Surely this is wrong?

Seems dicey to me:

1) A transexual, by definition, identifies themselves as the sex they wish to dress as. Seems like such a person should be in the restroom appropriate for that sex.

2) At least for men wanting to be women, some women are pretty uncomfortable with the idea. I guess it's difficult to get over the idea that these people are just sexual deviants regardless of the truth of that idea.

In any case I'd assume that the person you describe used a stall. So it really shouldn't be problem for you. Seems like it would be more of a problem for the transexual.

I don't care as long as who ever is using the stall next to me uses the stall next to me and not the same one I'm in.
