you don't. Plain and simply it is disrespectful to their relationship to approach someone like that. How would you like it if you were in that girl's position and some girl came up to your man and said she liked him....implying that he should dump you and move on to her...

You wouldn't like it. So have a little consideration for them both and steer clear unless he becomes single and then it's fair game.
