"Sunshine" told me I am a disgrace to all of the lovely fatties out there.

Why are people so mean? Don't they realise I am a person with feelings and emotions? Most people are nice to me but there is always a few that makes you feel like you are in 3rd grade. COme on guys ....be nice.
Where does the meaness and hate come from?

I think that we are all predjustice is some way.People around us such as parents, friends, and even nieghborhood influence us and we become so used to something that we someone different comes along, we don't know how to react. Hate is only a phase and anyone can overcome it, if they are willing. Just ignore those who show hate towards you, cause in the end they are the ones with the problem!

Fear that it's contageous. That's usually where hate really comes from.... fear of something.
Weight loss is difficult. The only reason is to do it for yourself, for your health.... not because of what anyone else says.
