It hurt just reading this question...lol. Let's see...you will be applying a product designed to rip particles off the skin....should you take your nipple rings out? Do you love your nipples? Then , yes!

Why wax ? Use nair works great and yes remove the nippl rings!

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.

don't nare it. you could get a chemical burn or ingrown hairs from it. go to a professional waxer and they probably will get you to take out your peircings.
