Dizzy and tiredness are symptoms that can have tons of causes!
Lack of hydration is common, and easy to cure.(Drink eight or more glasses of water a day) I don't know if you're male or female, but low iron (anemia) is common in women. Do you eat a healthy diet? Could be food allergies, very common. My mom had dizzy and tired symptoms which turned out to be an inner ear problem (easily taken care of by a doctor). Lots of stress can cause tiredness. A misaligned spine can cause dizziness.
I would go to a doctor, if a few of these simple things aren't it.
Good luck!

Vertigo most often indicates a disturbance in the nerve supply to the balance mechanism within the middle ear.. at your age it would be improbable you would have a degenerative process to involve the "End Organs of Golgi" (balance mechanism). This is a condition seen frequently by the doctor of Chiropractic. With rather dramatic response. It would be advisable for you to pay closer attention to your posture also.
Being tired all the time is suggestive of another problem.. limited assimilation of protein. You may find some improvement by adding some protein enzymes to your dietary. Papaya fruit being one of the more enjoyable methods.

Do you drink a lot of caffeine? Go for a day without caffeine, and then drink it the next day, and if you get dizzy soon after that I bet thats what it is! Happened to me...and i practically lived off the stuff, but one day my body just didn't like it anymore! I can still have it sometimes, but not always. First it makes me dizzy, then reaaaally tired.

I agree with tuRbro and amee p . You are overdoing it.Rest is as much necessary. Even God relaxed on Sunday after Creation even though the world would have been slightly better had he done some overtime. But perhaps He knew better. He had earned the rest and had he pushed Himself a little more perhaps he could have spoiled some things exposing Him similar advese remarks.Try to follow Him though I am quite aware that even 24 hours are not enough to set things right. Take pity on yourself. You need it and you deserve it also.

You answered your own question, it's because you're very active.
I recommend taking vitamins daily and lots of water.
You may also need more carbs for more energy, not too much carbs though.
