If we bring Katrina into this... it is his fault that people in Missouri knew the snow was coming and didn't buy food. Now that they won't be able to get out for a couple of days to get to the store, well... it'll be chocolate city all over again.

um, only nut job conspiracy theorists would claim he bombed the levees.. not democrats.. and I'm not sure how power failure would bolster his oil tickets with any significance compared to Iraq... maybe if he was into natural gas or something..... and as for Katrina.. he was blamed for his lack of involvement.. he did nothing when he should have at least TRIED to do something.... and for that he has earned his blame.. but anyway, welcome to the world of conspiracy theorists..
