its more of a peer pressure thing, many hide the fact they are dressing that way from their parents because parents would never allow them to dress that way.

It's part of the fashion cycle. Hems go up and hems go down. What's in right now are the short skirts. A lot of them are being worn with tights though, like back in the 80s. Most of the time skirt length has nothing to do with the parenting that the people wearing them recieve.

This type fashion in ladies dress of short size exhibit the hidden parts and make attraction of the gents community, especially young ones. The parents have an important role in it to prevent and advise them to wear decent dresses to cover their entire body parts. Because of the exhibition of the secret parts half, temptation for embracing, kiss, sex etc will creat among the youth and also attempts for raping and illegal sex demands arise, thus creating restrictions in the free movements of the female community, resulting in law and order etc. Children should be advised properly from childwood to nurture a decent type of dressing, which will develop decent generations.!

it may not be the misgiudance of parents.....maybe they want to impress boys and that is the only thing that will get their attention, also maybe they want to "fit in" nad just want to do wat is currently in fashion rite now and want to do exactly wat their friends do just to be cool.
