It seems every T.V. program I see today every one is jumping out of planes, travelling the world alone (on foot), climbing Everest and swimming with sharks.
Am I the last person in the world that is afraid, if other people are they don’t talk about it, its getting me a bit paranoid what’s wrong with me? Why cant I not go and travel the world on my own living in hostels with junkies am I the last of the unadventurous, AM I THE LAST AFRAID PERSON ON THE PLANET??!!?????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am scared of EVERYTHING!
I am scared of bridges(but not heights)
Swans
Worms
Being in a car on a A road.
Flying
Dirty sheets.
Public toilets( the outside one's not the pub kind or I really would be fucked!)
Trains
Dogs
Actually most animals except cats, and even then I'm not sure on half of them
Too crowded places
Empty places that are usually full(you know like theatres and clubs, when they are empty it's eeeerrrriiiiiiiiieeeeeeeeee)
And believe it or not, I am scared of changing light bulbs!
Bet you feel normal compared to me!

No you are not! Everyone has fears although most people manage to hide them from the world and those that they care about. You have to try and look past peoples invisible wall and see their fears so that you can stop feeling as though you are different. And even though some people do really love swimming with sharks and jumping off of buildings it doesnt mean that everyone should do it. My son races supercross and it terrifies me. I know I certainly would not go out their with 25 other crazy people all trying to be first over a finish line while jumping 50feet in the air. But he loves it. Everyone is different in what worries them and that is fine. Just be happy to be you!

No you're not. There's no way in hell I'm ever gonna jump out of a plane (scared of heights) or swim with sharks (not only scared of sharks, but also the sea). I am very unadventurous when it comes to that kind of thing, and I'm not afraid to admit when things scare the living crap out of me.

Lots of people still get afraid. Even the people you see jumping out of plane or travelling the world alone are probably afraid of something. Sometimes people do those things to overcome their fears. Or, they might just be afraid to admit they are afraid. There are lots of things to be afraid of in the world, so I wouldn't believe anyone who said they were not afraid of anything.

That's not for me. I like clean hotels, warm sandy beaches, and a first class lounge at the airport.
