You can't .
Are you sending unsolicited mail ? Does someone no longer want to hear from you ?
If they marked you as spam, it is the same as throwing unopened snail mail in the garbage . . . does the post office report back to you if that happens ?
If they are not responding, stop sending !

I don't think you can be marked for Spam... But you could have a friend that knows your E-Mail address, and is using it to fill out forms on the web... Or you could of filled out the wrong from on a web site & they have sold your E-Mail address to spammers...

the spam will give you an email saying all this stuff and why it was bad and blah blah blah.
