Honestly i respect my boss more because she respects me and is completly honest with me. she treats me like an adult, yet keeps me in reality by teaching me about life and its lessons. she is a very strict and old traditioned person but that makes me respect her even more.

It's good to respect your boss but he or she isn't always gonna be there for you or back you up.
