I think everyone has their own perception of time which in part depends on how we feel. The week-ends fly by whereas two days at work drags on forever type feelings are common to us all!
I find if I'm very relaxed my perception of time slows down. A walk to the shop seems slow and It's only by looking at a clock that I know it has taken no longer than it normally does! My Doctor thinks its because I have a naturally high seratonin level and relaxing increases it. He also advised me that because of the levels I have a very low tolerance to all drugs! I usually avoid them and dont drink alcohol very often!

I have this experience every day. While I'm at work time is really slow. For example, I clock watch regularly, and I see that only 15 minutes have gone by when I thought it was at least an hour. Especially towards lunch time and home time, time really slows down. When I'm at home, I look at the clock and it says 10:00pm when I'm sure I've only spent 1 hour watching tv. Explain that!

I was cycling home from work & a car turned left in front of me. I knew I was going to hit the side of it, but I felt quite calm. I remember thinking "Well, this is going to be a good start to my holiday" (which was the next day). I hit the car, causing my front wheel to skew out of true & fell off, landing on my elbow. The driver got out of his car, straightened out my front wheel by yanking the handlebars & I cycled home. Apart from a bruised elbow, I was fine. A similar thing happened when I was cycling on an icy road & I knew I was going to skid. I was so relaxed when I fell that I hardly hurt myself at all. On both occasions, time really seemed to slow down, but I presume it was really my reactions speeding up.

I did a crystal healing course, and as a subject/client/guinea pig I would feel that only about five minutes had passed and then find it was 40-50.

Yes I witnessed a car accident at night and one of the cars windscreen broke, it flew up in the air and came down as slowly and gently as snow. I remember it was very weird.

I had changed my perception, time is a thought...it is both an illusion and a reality that we all share at the same time. Change what you think and feel and experience time differently.
