My Friend dropped her laptop on the floor by accident she put it on the sofa and it dropped now the screen looks all fuzzy, you know like a tv where you see all those lines when theres bad weather, the screen is not working, what should she do?

just go get it fixed from the place she go the laptop from

You can try to get it serviced at a computer shop or you can buy a desktop monitor and hook it into the laptop. My laptop monitor cracked so I just used a special cable to connect a new monitor to it (which means the laptop is not portable anymore). If a shop can't fix it and she doesn't want to get a new laptop and the laptop is not still covered by a warranty, attaching a monitor to it is the only thing she can do.

If the warranty or guarantee is still on, then take it back to point of purchase or, send it back to the company from she bought it. If not, find a computer repair company to do something about it.
But if I were in your friend's shoes, I would fix it and then sell it, or I would give it to charity without fixing it.

I would contact the support of the company she bought the laptop from. It's probably quite broken.

you may have unseated the graphics card (you may have unseated everything else too) If you are not worried by the warranty situation open your laptop and ensure all connections and plug in cards are seated correctly
