In one of my classes there is a really smelly kid who sits behind me. And not only does he smell he also has fleas. I don't want to be mean or any thing but this guy really does smell. today i got a headache from the odor!

Speak to the school nurse or your teacher. If you really think he has fleas (lice) the school should make him go home until the problem is solved. The nurse can also speak to him about personal hygiene. They may also want to involve DFACS as he may have a really rotten home life so try to be more understanding. Obviously his parents haven't taught the basics about cleanliness so there is probably a whole lot of other stuff messed up at home.

Wow, this is a tough one. Some people (like a roommate of mine) have a medical condition where they smell no matter what they do.
But in this case, let's assume the kid just doesn't wash enough, or his/her clothes are dirty, or he/she needs to use deodorant and doesn't. Or, some food (like powdered garlic, rather than fresh) could be causing the smell. Some foods affect how some people smell.
The kid might or might not know about the smell. Any chance you could talk to (or get an anonymous note to) either a sympathetic teacher or maybe a guidance counselor or school nurse?
They might have come across a similar situation before and might know effective ways of dealing with it, especially if there is some problem that the kid's family would have to help with.
It could really hurt the kid to tell him/her yourself. And, it might not be effective.

Offer him deodorant for xmas. The kids now seem to have fallen in love with the old "OLD spice ".
Talk to the school's nurse about it.

give them body spray as a gift for the holiddays to be nice to them but dont do till like after class maybe so the other students dont make a joke about it ya know
