Yoga- may sound weird, but the breathing really helps with stress and negative energy.

I've seen younger kids with negative energy. The parents put them into karate. While you would think that they would come out worse, they really did learn self control and self respect while at the same time releasing a lot of built up energy. After only a few weeks the kids had changed amazingly. Elementary age they were.

Why not run, jog, bike, etc, try any kind of physical activity. If this doesn't work sing out marches, lieds, arias, whatever you feel like singing, at the top of your voice. Writing your negative thoughts freely without any judgements or even painting about them is a good release of negative energy.

Giving someone else what you would want to have. A little joy or peace or a kind word "be honest". Pain is negated by purification like expression of emotion through an art form, writing, painting, acting etc. Put the pain on your canvas. also by doing good things for those around you, try to think more positive about people, let go of blame and accept life as lessons to learn.

Run, walk or go to the gym. Spray yourself with positive ----do not allow the negative to take over...only you have the power to release it. Put up a shield and do not allow it to enter.

You can do a healing/releasing type massage and let go of it. There is actually an oil blend by young living essential oils called "Letting Go"

Find out why you are feeling like this and fix it. It may take time, but in the long run, you will feel better and will be able to prevent this from happening again.
