My friend and I were very good friends in high school. We both used to pass girls around and his current fiancee is one of them. Its been a long time since ive seen him or her but we talk every once in a while. I called him the other day and he was acting weird when the wedding was mentioned in our conversation, the fact that I hooked up with her was not brought up. I sent him an email stating that i did not expect an invitation and i wish him the best of luck. I just said that I understand. He hasnt written me back. Am I just paranoid and should have I forgotten about it. I just felt I had to get it off my chest.

You did right sending him an email, maybe he doesn’t care and it’s the girl who doesn’t want you in the wedding. Don’t stress about it, if they don’t invite you, that shows that he doesn’t considered you his friend.

Evidentially he is not that good of a friend if he con not let the past go. As long as you two did not hook up while they were together, I do not see the problem why is is mad at you. I am wondering if he is jealous because you had her first and he didn't.

You seem to already know what you did wrong. You shouldn`t have hooked up with his fiancee, and of course he`s not going to invite you to his wedding. Would you invite him to your wedding if he had sex with the woman you were marrying? Get over it, you`re wrong, not him.

That is the consequences of "passing girls around" like a football. Consider it your lesson in having respect for women and move on.

Don't worry about it... Me and my buddies were the same way with the exception of one rule...
"if you got one you are serious about or wanna keep, everyone else keeps their hands off"...
That way you don't run into problems such as this one...
Just go for beers in a month or two and forget about it.

Just deal with it. If your friend was really a friend he would forgive and forget. Its stupid that something like that has to get in the way of you celebrating their marriage.

But we cannot absolve you of your sins.

Good Luck though.

Hope you did not pass anything else unwanted around.

Peace!
