I don't think the kids should stay with either parents. They are both screwed up.

Ignoring whatever the heck it is Britney Spears is doing with Paris, if I were the judge given the responsibility of determining custody of those two children, I wouldn't want them with either Britney or Kevin. Both of them seem to be incredibly immature and inept.

Whoa. Britney may be partying like it's 1999, but where do you get the idea that she and Paris Hilton are lovers? As for her kids, if she doesn't clean up her act, they may be taken from her.

britney spears went from being somewhat normal to being a queen slut. The woman is a PIG and the best thing for those kids would be to be put up for adoption, so they would not have to bare the shame of her name.
Just watch the total destruction of this woman in the next 2 years.

they are not lovers and there is a good chance that she can loose custody of them because of her behavior. judges in court can do that. i think that eventually she will loose her kids and then she will change her habits and then she will get them back and maybe loose them again. that is what i am guessing.
