It's always best to contact your doctor just to be safe, but it sounds to me like you're having sciatic nerve pain caused by the position of the baby. Your sciatic nerve runs from under your uterus (it would hurt in your butt) down the back of each leg. So if you have back/butt pain and it extends down your legs (or causes your legs to feel crampy), that's probably what it is.
The cramps could be minor contractions, or an indication that contractions will start soon if you don't rest. When I've pushed myself physically too much, I usually have those symptoms. They start with just dull cramps, and then if I haven't yet laid down, they escalate into contractions that aren't real labor contractions, but still very painful and harmful to the baby if you let them go on too long. But I've found that once I make myself lay down for awhile, they go away.
The last thing you may be experiencing is round ligament pain. Mine is excruciating. You'd feel it starting in your lower groin area, and then if you traced the pain on your skin, it would follow the bikini line (although the pain is very internal). If you have this, then when you move too quickly or are active for long periods of time, it will get really bad. For me, just standing up, rolling over in bed and walking are difficult tasks.
Talk to your doctor just to double check, but if he/she says you're okay and it's just normal pregnancy pains, just know that you're not alone and usually heat applied to the area will help. Best wishes for the rest of your pregnancy and beyond!

Yes. Call your doctor. Back pain is a sign of labor, but it's also a sign of just needing to be more careful with your posture, so you don't wear out your back holding your belly up.

Yes. Call your doctor right away. It's probably nothing, but concerning enough to warrant a phone call.

Yes. Contact your doctor. It could be something, but it could be nothing. Either way, best to play it safe.
