Anyone who ordered from Figis please help....?

Hi I placed an order with Figis and figis.com shows my order status as "WILL SHIP FOR NOW ARRIVAL UNLESS NOTIFIED" That doesn't seem to make sense to me. Does anyone know what that means? I called Figis but the rep was less than helpful.

Welcome to the club. I placed an order yesterday and never got a confirm in my email. I called also and one rep said there is no record I placed an order. Another rep told me to wait 24 hours as it takes that long to process. I'll wait until tomorrow and then if nothing transpires, I'll just go elsewhere and never deal with them again.
