I suspect not.
The BTX case does not have a slot on the fan side of the PCIe x16 slot, and the 8800 GTX will require an adjacent slot.
I think. From looking at the links below.
I suspect most high performance cards will require that next slot.

For that GPU, you might want to call Gateway. Last i check they normally need a Full Tower Case. A mid-tower is just good enough, but gateway might use a special profile so check with them

All you need is a PCI Express x16 slot. If you're not sure you can go to gateway's website and check or call them on the phone.
