Your question has a little vagueness in it.
First, BS degrees are designed to take four academic years. An academic year starts in Aug/Sept and ends in May. It does not include summers.
BUT you are asking about an Aviation Maintenance TECHNOLOGY degree which can be 4 year but is often a 2 year Associates degree. Most programs that end with the word "technology" are 2 year programs. (Not all though. There are several 4 year engineering technology programs.)
It would be hard to justify a four year Aviation Maintenance Technology degree when you could get an Aeronautical Engineering degree in the same time (but a lot more math)

Should take 4 years. But if you screw around and waste time and have to re-take classes, you could be in school for 6 years or more.
