you will have a open case plan ,and have to take parenting classes. they will assist you in getting clean, or you wont keep your kid.

It depends but they might take the child away and give the child back when you are clean. They might think the child is in danger and let a close relative take care of the child. Being unclean doesn't show a good character and the state will take children in a situation like this but it is best to be clean to avoid this type of situation because the child will be affected by this and will be wondering what is going on even at a young age. But think about the choices you choose to make and how that choice will affect your child. Your child should be your number 1 priority.

Your child will probably be taken away.If your only on alcohol then maybe not its how much when and where. The best thing to do is try to be clean. Yeah its hard i know but its the best things after a while you'll be able to be tested agian and if your clean you will probably get custody again. And im sorry to say but they did the right thing in calling your not ready for a kid if your not clean. But if you know that you are ready for a child and would do anything for him/her get help move and dont come in contact anyone from now on. And you need to start over.

You can likely guess what wil happen. A better question you should be asking, is why you do drugs with an 11-month-old child in your care?

there is a chance they will take the baby while they give you a chance to strightin' up. I had something like this happen to me several years ago. they were called on me and i had to be tested. I told them before I even took the test that i might have something in my system. I told them how long it had been and that I didn't do it around my kid. They made me take a 2nd test later to show that I didn't do it anymore. Your best bet is to be honest with them. YOu might want to think about quiting. It would be best for you and your baby. I know that it was for me and my kid.

They will make sure that you get clean. They might take the 11 month old until you are. Get clean for you not for your baby because you can only do it for yourself otherwise you won't stay clean. The baby deserves a clean parent.

You may lose your baby. You better think about what your priorities are. If you are willing to put your child first, before drugs, or boyfriends, or anything else on this earth, then you will need to convince child services of that fact. It won't be easy, and it may take a very long time. You will have to prove yourself to them. Good luck.

What exactly is in your system? Are we talking about a little bit of weed or are we talking about hard drugs (cocaine, heroin, amphetamines, etc.)? If you are into hard drugs, I seriously hope you use this experience as a wake-up call. You cannot be a mother & use hard drugs.

Not the smartest thing to do. You could very well lose your baby. You should seriously think about getting some help.
