No. Unless you cloned a phone but that's illegal. You wouldn't be able to keep both phones turned on at the same time either or you'll set off all sorts of security flags.

If you go with a GSM provider, you can move your account from phone to phone as you please since it is stored on a chip called a SIM card. When you want to use a different phone, you just pop your SIM card into that other phone.

no you cannot and for that you should just get a family plan pay 10 dollars more and get to separate lines but if you have two phones with the same number it means that both phones will ring at the same time and you wont be able to answer neither call
