What is to come, is to come, hun; maybe the US' refusal to join the Kyoto protocol is part of God's plan to push this environmental crisis forward, maybe as part of the "last days'" scenario.

We're hearing and watching al kinds of stories and movies on this issue, and many among us believe the world we know still has about 50 to 60 years to go, and then....................... check the different second coming pre- and post-tribulation diagrams; some say they can get the exact dates of most coming apocalyptic events by simple calculations of prophecies like Daniel's 70 weeks and relating things from Enoch and the words of Jesus (Mark 13:3-27; Luke 17:20-37; Mat 24:15-31) and the Revelations.

Scaring or not, I believe something of the sort is coming, either in my time, or that of my grandchildren; it's a one way ticket, and the course of world developments is making it even more definite.

Believers and followers of Jesus Christ are the least to fear this; on the contrary they are the ones who can hardly wait for it, and wish for it today rather than tomorrow. To avoid fear, hang on to Jesus, for it is only through him that we will be saved.
My best.

Hahaha. You and your global warming. I'm not worried about every little ice cap that melts. Not worth my time. Do you realize that if the Earth or Sun were to be inches further away or closer...we'd all be dead anyway? It's pointless to worry. Bush can't make anyone do anything...it's the people that need to work on making this world "safer"

Yes, it is very scary and depressing. And yes, Bush is a big part of the problem since the U.S. is the major world pollutor and contributor to global warming. (The next is China.) There will be major sacrifices involved to stop global warming too. Are people willing to give up their cars to stop it?? I think not.
