hi, i recently visited italy and came accross the smallest car. i can't remember what it was called but it was something about city, town or something similar (no, it was not a smart). please let me know if you know it.

Its called a smart car. I have one. its a mercedes

this is definitly not SEAT. but yes in europe there is a lot of small cars like this one. You don't need driving license to drive those cars. but you are limited to 45km/h.

i think it's by a car company called Seat


in europe..there are a lot of small cars
