Can anyone tell me how to erase the addresses that get saved when you look up something on the internet not the history part but the actual www.address.com Please I have windows xp walk me threw it

If you are talking about the addresses that show up if you use the drop down arrow in the address bar, then just go to tools, options, clear history. That should clean it all up.

Click on view, then click on explorer bar, then on history. There you will see all the addresses you have accessed since three weeks ago. You can select and then delete the icon "three weeks ago", and all your addresses since then will be erased.

tools>internet options> on the GENERAL tab..click "delete cookies" check offline content when the box comes up, when that is done> choose delete files on the same GENERAL TAB, also check offline content. then go toward the bottom of the GENERAL tab and click "clear history"...after that is done, open the "CONTENT" tab and click on "auto complete" click on "clear passwords" and "clear forms" then click ok and this should clear pretty much all your internet activity...if you dont want people in ur business u should do this each time you are done with the internet!

Just double-click the box and hover over the item and press delete.

To delete your history:
Tools
Internet Options
Clear History

Internet Options
Delete Browsing History

Lol Im not sure but Try to go to start than control panel than go to date,time,region ect. Than choose a date and stuff and i guess it will Erase ur stuff or go back to the thing...

highlite the what you want to delete and press the delete button
