Every women is different in symptoms they might have that might trigger to them that they may be pregnant, I have checked quite a few sites out trying to see how many different sites say the same or different thing and this is what I have found just from two different sites
nausea and vomiting
breast tenderness
frequent urination
feeling tired/sluggish
light bleeding
dizziness and/or fainting
constipation
irritability
heartburn
uncomfortable

on another site this is what they had to say
delayed/difference in menstruation
swollen/tender breasts
fatigue/tiredness
nausea/morning sickness
backaches
headaches
frequent urination
darkening of the aereolas
food cravings

So basically to say the least each site had it's own variation of symptoms, some people have them from the moment they actually conceive and some don't have symptoms until later on. I do know that in some women that there is an increase in vaginal discharge it it the bodies way of creating the mucus plug. So your best bet is to just relax and try not to think about it, and when you are late take a test and if that comes out negative wait a few more days and if you still haven't started then take a test again, if that still comes out negative then go to your doctor and request a blood test. there are two different types of blood tests

Qualitative Pregnancy Blood Test - This can only give a "yes" or "no" answer as to whether or not HCG is present. This test gives results similar to what urine based home pregnancy test kits do.
Some of these blood tests have a set standard of HCG to detect before giving a positive or negative result, in short it means it is pretty much like a urine pregnancy test but with blood

Quantitative Pregnancy Blood Test – This test can actually measure the exact amount of hCG in the woman's blood. This measurement can help give a rough estimate of the age of the fetus. It can also help determine if the pregnancy is progressing normally. The qualitative test, described above, is not able to provide this extra information.
this one is better it actually measures your beta and HCG levels in the blood and they will request you to come back either in a few days or maybe a week to retake the test again and if the levels have gone up then you are pregnant if not then you are not pregnant.
I hope this helps a little bit
So I wish you the best of luck and I hope all turns out the way you hope. Tons of baby dust to you and your husband!!!!!!

I've read alot of TTC (trying to conceive) questions that people have asked and I do remember a couple saying that you will feel really wet down there. Depending on how late you are and when you think you may have conceived it may be o.k. to take a test. Good luck and I hope you get the results you want!
