You must mean lactose intolerant, how long have you known that, and what were the symptoms? It sounds like your body just doesn't like dairy! That's a pretty common thing, though a lot of people don't know it. And it's in tons of foods in small amounts, it's hard to avoid. You could try taking some fiber supplement on a regular basis, or increase fresh fruits and veggies in your diet, make sure to drink plenty of water too. If all that doesn't help, go to the doctor....just don't start taking laxatives, they're horrible for you, and you can become dependent on them.

Lactose intolerance causes diarrhea. If you are having problems with constipation, then you have a different problem.
If you are having any other symptoms such as belly pain, nausea or vomiting, I recommend you see your doctor. Otherwise, I would try to increase the amount of fiber (whole grains, vegetables) in your diet. If that doesn't work, then a mild over-the-counter laxative such as Dulcolax may do the trick.
Finally, if the laxatives aren't working, you should check in with your doctor.
I hope you feel better soon!

Don't eat dairy if you are lactose intolerant.
Make sure to use lactose free milk products or lactaid pills.
