Okay,I understand some ppl are just low on money and need to live in a ghetto home. But what Id like someone to explain to me is why they throw garbage all over the ground. Theres actually man-made holes where ppl like to throw their garbage(in this specific neighborhood). They dont mow their lawns and in general its a huge mess. Why does dirt poor mean dirty?

I can "generalize". I once lived in the ghetto for a year. I know exactly, first hand what Im talking about. I had ONE neighbor that was the opposite of this. ONE!

I live on a farm in the middle of nowhere, so I really can't be sure--maybe it's just that no one has ever taught them to do anything differently. Maybe YOU could show them how by getting out and picking up all the trash and filling in the holes, eh?
Bad habits are hard to break, just ask my dog. She chews EVERYTHING UP, spanking or no spanking. Maybe we should spank the impoverished! No, no, that won't work either. If it bothers you that much, just don't look too hard at the trash and all those holes as you drive by. Wait a minute, why are you being mean to the poor? Isn't it bad enough that they are poor in the first place? Jeez. Just drive FASTER, then it'll all be a big blurrrrr....Wait, no, don't do that, 'cause then they'll mistake you for a 'drive-by', and you can just imagine how that could go wrong pretty quickly. Sorry, I'm all out of catchy answers today.

Some people just don't give a damn about anything, including themselves, and if every dollar in the world went to welfare programs the ;azy bums would laugh at the suckers who gave them the money and demand more so they could run straight to the liquor store and the crack dealer with it.
Like Jesus said, the poor will always be.with us. Those who say we can eliminate poverty are in denial, and think they are smarter than Jesus. All they do when they take money from those who work for it and give it to those too lazy to work is encourage more people to be lazy bums.

I don't live in the poor, but thinking someone is indeed poor, they may not have grown up in an environment when these rules were put into place. These people are usually too busy with trying to take care of their family and earn money that garbadge is the least of their problems.

did you ever think that some people cant affor lawn mowers that they probly dont make enough money to feed there children they have more problems like gangs and s*it to worry about than how clean there yard is. Rich Bitc*es dont know what it's like to live on there own. Yes i agree, that trowing garbage around the ground is not cool but what are you really going to do about it? If it bothers you so much go clean it up yourself or just stop complaining!

Poor people often live in substandard housing with bad landlords who don't care for their properties. Turnover tends to be high in many low-income neighborhoods so it is harder for residents to bond with their neighbors and organize things like yardwork and cleanup, etc... Also, if given the choice between working a second job to feed your family or doing yardwork, wouldn't you go to work, too?

They just don't care about the enviroment. Think about it, they are probably pissed off that they don't have enough money to live in a better house and a good neighborhood. It's kind of like their rebellion, because they are too lazy to actually go do something about their living situation.

you know your government has a lot to do with ghettos they make certain rules for the high society rich ignorant people like yourself to apply by and for the ones who don't hey let's just stick em in a little dirty part of town no one will visit and let them kill each other off it's just something the rich and powerful have become accustomed to because they did it to the Native American's as well. And unlike yourself we don't have the money to have someone do our work for us nor the money to get a lawn mower but since your so interested get out of your luis vitton shoes take off your fake nails and put down your gucci bag and come help us out!!!!!!

i thinks it is because usually those type of neighborhoods are generally older communities and for the most part inexpensive.. I think that everything that is newer is always nicer right?? and I mean. generally rural families and community's turn to drugs and gangs? It is not the case so much with middle to upper class families and homes...

Because, not all, but most people who are truly poor, are crackheads who don't care about themselves, much less their home or their neighborhood. I know poor people who live in very nice apartments and live perfectly normal and clean lives. But the ones you see in **** neighborhoods like that, are most likely dirty crackheads and your local government needs to do something about it. Call and complain often.

I always think that because they are uneducated or immigrants from a poor country they don't know or can't afford to do certain things. Also perhaps they haven't been taught correctly especially if their family came from the same place
