do pushups, run, ball handling drills, defensive shuffling, and shooting mechanics. also, the mikan drill is a good layup drill, in which you go from side to side shooting layups until time is up. the barros drill is good for mechanics, which is when you shoot with one hand for perfect form, and move back when you make 3 in a row

Go to a basketball camp to maybe just your high school and learn the game and get a feel for it more. You learn from mistakes so if you scrimmage at the camp the coaches will correct your mistakes and you can get better from learning. Also ask the coaches what you need to work on.

First, you should practice. Do dribbling down stairs and hoops outside. Run on a tredmile and at the gym. Plus, try to jump as high as you can everyday. For 50 times

Practice makes you better only if you are practicing correctly. Try and find somebody like a coach to teach proper fundamentals and then practice them everyday until you master them and then practice some more.
