Does the words Heeaaalllththth(Health), Liveinining(Living),Trrrrrailll Worrrk(Trail Work)PpppppOOOOOOOOOOKKKer(Poker) sound like nails on a chalk borad to you? It does to me.

lol. Some words are good at sounding like what they mean without such vowel-repetition in your examples, they're called onomatopoeia's (thank god for spell check). These are words like "buzz" or "clank". You should read Edgar Allen Poe's poem "The Bells". It uses words like Onomatopoeia's to actually put sounds into your head, and all by the end of the poem you feel like you can really hear "The bells". It's crazy freaky. When I think of the sound of nails on a chalkboard I might think of "sskkrreeeeeeeeccchhh" but not necessarily "pppoooookkerr" lol. But then again that might just be me...
