Cuba
Cell phones are hard to get period...even for tourists.
Rent A Car...most cubans do not have cars period (outside of Havana and Varedero)..even as a tourist I was weary of renting a car...corrupt police.
Social control on information coming in and out is a huge deal there. Even tourists emails can be obtained.
Cuba has tourist and non tourist hotels. Obviously the non tourist hotels are for the locals.
Such a beautiful country and people.
