did u read the last answer? 8$ for a SIM! u can get one here for practically as low as 0.00 Rs! get back to ur senses!

get a nice ufone connection (telenor is getting crappy, mobilink doesnt have a reliable network, warid has poor voice service, paktel is about to be sold to some one else or get nationalized, insta is facing similar problems) for less than 300 Rs ( 5 $) and a nokia 1100 for 2500 Rs ( 40$)

PLUS even if u manage to get a US SIM (8$ plus 20$ shipping) then you will have to pay PREMIUM INTERNATIONAL ROAMING charges since u wont be in the US

but even then if u have money to burn, visit http://ebay.com

There are lots available on eBay. Make sure the SIM card is from US/North America. And they are cheap too. I got one as an address book back-up for $8.

You realize that the celluar connection would not work in Pakistan, because it is made for the current American networks.
