I'm not sure if I"m pregnant or if it's just in my head. I am on crutches from an accident that occured in the summer, I have had no period since August (I was taking blood thinners for a while then stopped then just pain medication, I had a manipulation done in Oct (to bend my knee from the accident) and only recently had a little bit of bleeding, but it usually stopped within a day. I have had sex with my husband a few times since the accident & many times have counted our blessings that I haven't ended up pregnant yet. I know, prevent pregnancy by using a condom & yet we don't.... With having no period it's hard to tell if I could be since that's usually the first symptom; that you miss it. I had been pretty much bedridden for a few months so I have put on weight.

I went to this site: http://www.womens-health-questions.com/pregnancysymptoms.html and have been wondering if I'm pregnant or if it's just in my head.
I have put on weight (could be from inactivity or pregnancy), my husband says my breasts seem a little bigger, I feel fat/pregnant like...I'm always tired but I think that's just because I don't get enough sleep, at times when doing my physiotherapy I feel a little nautious, and over the last week my "period" has been here and there...like it would start, but not really ... Sorry to sound rude but it's like it is only there when you wipe... although today it's actually showing on a pad, but it will be there one day then gone hours later or the next day then return...
I'm going to do a pregnancy test on the weekend as this week is really busy and I can't get out (no car right now)
Can anybody tell me if I could be pregnant from what I've said or if it's just in my head?????

Thanks in advance

The only way to know for certain is to get a pregnacy test. You can get one at the drugstore ($7) or go to your doctor or walk-in clinic if you're insured. The sooner you know, the better. There are complications that can be averted if you get medical assistance early. You should also avoid certain medications if you're pregnant.

If you don't wish to be pregnant, knowing sooner is again the best deal.

That said, there are all kinds of reasons to miss your period, but it's always a good idea to find out what's going on sooner rather than later. Good luck!!

No, you're toddler won't come out with 3 heads. yet you relatively could watch the quantity of fish and seafood you consume. ingesting too a lot fish and seafood can impact your toddler's well being and progression. you may examine the hyperlinks I published under related to the intake of fish throughout the time of being pregnant. Are you seeing a doctor good now? Has your surgeon suggested something to you or given you counsel related to the meals you may avert? in case you're no longer seeing a doctor, i could strongly advise which you think approximately it. in case you're seeing one, make confident they are attentive to how a lot fish you consume. in case you're no longer taking prenatal supplementations, you may commence. in specific circumstances they make you a sprint queasy, so which you will take them good in the previous bedtime and you may sleep interior the path of the effects. i've got additionally published some hyperlinks approximately being pregnant and looking out after your self. stable luck and congrats!
