your on the phone with someone and either they just won't shut up and let you talk.Or.. they feel what they have to say is more important than what your saying.

YES i hate it. but people who are like that cant help it, they feel like they have to say it before they forget or drift away from that topic. theres two things you can try. first, do the same thing that they do. Talk over them, get out what YOU have to say, and most likely they will shut up and let you talk. second, you can keep being the good listener, after all, some people can never change their ways. ;)

Well if they want to talk, they should just talk. I'm not much of a talking person so I just let the people who I'm on the phone with speak.

Happens to a lot of people. The best that you can do is let them run out of steam, and then it's your turn.

Yep.....I even discussed this with a friend that always did this to me. She stopped talking to me for about a year, and her she called again, and did it again.
Makes you feel your life isn't as important huh?

yes and when i have had enough, i let them know if they wanted a one sided conversation they should have called themselves and then i hung up and don't take there calls until they are willing to here me out and talk with me to .

yes i have some friends that do that...when they do i usually fall asleep on them or start doing other stuff and just pretend that i am listening.....

dats happens to me wit my man when we're zooted of dat candy...lol....he loves to talk when we're fcked up and wont shut up, tellin me his stories that i've heard a million times before when we've been fcked up.... it dont bother me tho.... i love to sit and take with him... we vibe and make our relationship more close knit...
