I would say large training bra. The sports bras are good too. You just have to go with the right width. A store attendant can help you. lmao

If you are for real and you think you can handle it ---You need to go to a dept store and go to the foundations dept (bra/panties/girdles etc) and ask the clerk for help --they will size you to the correct fit and style for working out

Well, the proper size "bro" or "Manzire" for you would be a smaller cup, like A or AA, and then about 40 around so, I would say 40AA.
