She should get the abortion.
She's the doctor's patient, not the fetus. The doctor has a duty to save his patient.

There is no reasoning in your statement. What you stated was a belief that many ill informed people hold. Take the lady who said to tell her children goodbye for instance. God does not work that way. How can anyone reason that taking a mother from 3 children is worth the life of one unborn fetus?
The majority of conservatives nationwide agree it is okay to abort if the life of the mother is in dire jeopardy. The ones who do not agree with that are a little off their rocker.

First, let's recognize that what you are describing is an extremely rare situation.
While I can't speak for conservatives, most pro-life people I know would accept an abortion if it was necessary to preserve the physical life of the mother. Not for example if she felt it would hurt her emotionally or bankrupt her financially or ruin her life for some other reason. We are talking cases where there is no alternative to abortion to save the mother from dying from the physical effects of the pregnancy.

that is correct, because you know that if you leave a little loophole like that for an excuse these bleeding heart liberals will exploit it, unlike conservatives who follow the letter of the law without question.

Abortion is still a matter of choice until they ban it. Point blank.

Is it that poor baby's fault that she's in that situation? NOPE. I'm expecting my third child in 6 weeks, and I've already told my husband that if it comes down to it, tell my girls I love them, because if I die and my baby lives, God obviously wanted it that way.

That is what Bush thinks. Plus if you are not married or gay you are damn near second class.
